At the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", the 3rd International Student Invision Conference "Innovation led by students: Empowering the next generation" was successfully held.

This conference brought as a novelty this year the Symposium of Career and Skills, enabling students to develop career orientation, as well as establish direct contact with potential employers and promote their employment with information from experts in the field.

The University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", attended the first meeting of the project "Artificial Intelligence Laboratories in Albania and Kosovo - Laia" at the University of Piraeus in Greece, who are also the leaders of the project.

This project, funded by the Erasmus+ KA2 CBH of the European Union, has united universities from Albania, Kosovo, Greece and Denmark with the aim of creating master's degree in artificial intelligence in the field of artificial intelligence.  

The University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" is hopeful in the positive impact this project will have on strengthening educational capacities, to be contemporary with international market demands, as well as technology development.

LAIA - Artificial Intelligence Laborators in Albania and Kosovo

The University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" successfully organized for his students the career and skills symposium and the 3rd International Student Conference, a unique initiative of its kind in the institution.

This activity was opened with a panel of special guests who presented to students concrete opportunities for their academic and professional development, reluctant to provide encouraging and supportive messages for their journey to success.

At the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", training was successfully developed with the doctors of the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences.

Training on “Using the Qualrics platform; A tool for drafting questionnaires ”was developed by Dr. Merita Hoxha and focused on getting acquainted with the Interdisciplinary Cost Association research network, how he helps researchers, designing questionnaires through the Qualrics platform, and dealt with theoretical aspects by emphasizing valuable tips and recommendations for attendees.

Training developed in collaboration with Cost Action 21114- Clil Network for Languages ​​in Education: Bi-and Multilringal Disciplinary Literacies Towards (Clilnetle) and Dr. Craig Neville from Cork University College.

Training on “Use of the Qualrics platform; A tool for drafting questionnaires ”at the University of Elbasan“ Alexander Xhuvani ”

It opens at the premises of the University of Elbasan, "The Regional Innovation Center of the European Institute of Technology and Innovation for the raw materials" Eit Rawmaterials.

This center focuses on promoting scientific research in this field, the exchange of experience and enhancing cooperation between Albanian professionals 🇦🇱 and those of the European Union.

The newest center at the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" opens

Rector of the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”, Prof.Dr. Skender Topi, along with colleagues at the University, attended the international conference "Peace, Virtual World and Armed War".

In his speech, he emphasized the importance of such themes to be discussed at the academic level, seeing the moments in which the region, Europe and the world are spending.

This conference was also welcomed by Italy's Deputy Minister of Justice, Mr. Francesco Paolo Sisto and the Rector of the "Alcide de Gasperi" University of the European Economy, Ms. Magdalena Site.

At the end of his speech, Prof. Topi invited the organizers for the next conference to be held at the University of Elbasan.
