At the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", a meeting was held with students in collaboration with representatives from the online media Gogo.al, as part of the "We Youth" project.

Deputy Rector of the University, Prof. In her greeting speech, Elvira Fetahu emphasized the role and importance of young people as a promoter of change in the country, for the contribution of the university to their formation as future professionals and as a citizen.

The purpose of the project is to tell the stories and experiences of young Albanians, which were presented to students throughout the meeting, highlighting their journey, challenges and achievements in Albania.

The University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" successfully organized for his students the career and skills symposium and the 3rd International Student Conference, a unique initiative of its kind in the institution.

This activity was opened with a panel of special guests who presented to students concrete opportunities for their academic and professional development, reluctant to provide encouraging and supportive messages for their journey to success.

This activity and many more initiated by the Student Council and student clubs of the University of Elbasan aim to contribute to the construction of a strong and united student community.

At the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", the 3rd International Student Invision Conference "Innovation led by students: Empowering the next generation" was successfully held.

This conference brought as a novelty this year the Symposium of Career and Skills, enabling students to develop career orientation, as well as establish direct contact with potential employers and promote their employment with information from experts in the field.

The University of Elbasan participated in the first meeting of the European Union -funded Edugame project to increase the capacity acquired by the University of Elbasan in cooperation with the project coordinator, Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas, Lithuania.

This project has united a group of professors from nine universities stretching from the Baltic region, the Mediterranean, the Western Balkans and North Africa to begin this innovative initiative.

Edugame is an attempt to reshape bachelor and master curricula, integrating elements of games, digital stories and latest technologies such as GAI and XR in education.

This project aims to make learning for students more attractive, effective, setting a new standard for educational achievements and experience, as well as to achieve a sustainable impact on educational methodology globally.
