Directorate of Coordination and External Relations

The Directorate of Coordination and Foreign Relations (DKMJ) is responsible for coordinating and coordinating the work within and abroad. Monitors the implementation of EU structures, legal and sub-legal acts, orders and guidelines. This structure coordinates and follows national and international projects where EU participates, implementing EU -related agreements. Organizes national and international activities, promoters or scientific research where the EU is included. It is a structure responsible for representing the EU in national and international activities as well as to maintain connections and communication with contact persons in foreign and Albanian universities by informing the Rector at all times. This directorate among other things:

Makes efforts for inter -university linking to sign bilateral agreements, cooperating with the legal sector for their content, prior to their adoption and signing;
Follows implementation, implementation and reporting policies on implementation of applicable agreements as well as related activities;
Informs and exchanges information about the organization of national and international conferences where the EU participates.
Organizes, coordinates and monitors in cooperation with the faculties, overseas scholarships for lecturers and students, in the context of interstate or inter -university agreements according to the cooperation programs where the EU participates,
Designs the program and provides the reception, accommodation and escort of EU delegations and guests,
Coordinates the design and publication of promotional materials for EU and its constituent units;
Is a structure responsible for the functioning of the EU scientific bulletin or other scientific research products where the EU is part
Follows the correspondence of EU with intuition at home and abroad.
