Directorate of Human Resources and Protocol Archives
The Directorate of Human Resources, Archive Protocol (DBRF) exercises these functions and competences:
- drafts project structure, organic and salary table; Follows and oversees all actions related to the management of human resources of the institution in implementation of the Labor Code and the Law on Higher Education as in
- prepares and preserves job descriptions for each job and follows the enforceability of administration tasks; Cooperates with the Rector and Administrator for the completion of jobs according to the approved structure as well as the applicability of employment procedures of EU personnel to the signing of the employment contract.
- maintains, stores the recruitment documentation of EU personnel by obliging to maintain official data under the applicable legal acts as well as retirement of personnel under applicable laws.
- Prepares and submits at the end of each month the presence of payment of academic/assistant staff (brought by the faculties and leaders of the Rectorate Directorates) and submits it to the administrator, reporting to the Rector and Administrator for the absences/reports found; For approval to the Rector/Administrator the annual holiday permit plan for EU employees
- Accepts, identifies and distributes correspondence within EU units and outside
- preserves, processes and uses the documentation created or incoming to the EU by implementing the applicable legal acts.
