FSMT/ Competition Notifying Assistant Assistant Personnel

 

Department of Nursing at the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences at the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”, announces a job position, Assistant Assistant Assistant with Teaching , Laborant .

Assistant Assistant Teaching Personnel , Laborant: It is an auxiliary unit of the teaching and research process in the department. It helps in the scientific and methodical formation of students by following the tasks of the department leader,

 

The candidate must meet these general and special criteria:

General criteria:

 

  • Have completed second cycle university studies (master) or equivalent diploma. Diplomas that have been obtained abroad must be known and recognized by the ministry responsible for education.
  • Have previous work experience.
  • Not have been convicted by a final court decision.
  • There is no disciplinary measure in force.
  • Be able to work.

 

Special criteria:

 

       - have good comminating skills;

       - be a computer connoisseur and user;

       - possess at least one foreign language of the European Union;

       - be equipped with a professional permit.

 

Candidates must submit a postal road to the Human Resources Directorate Archive Protocol of the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani” within 10 (ten) days (05.10.2020 - 14.10.2020) from the date of announcement at www.app.gov. Al Documentation Required As follows:

  • Motivation letter for the position of laboratory in the Nursing Department
  • His/her biography;
  • Photocopy of diploma is calculated with the original. If the applicant has a degree in a foreign university, then he must have it calculated to the ministry responsible for education;
  • Photocopy of the list of grades calculated with the original. If there is a diploma and a list of different grades with the recognized assessment in the Albanian state, the applicant must have converted it according to the Albanian system;
  • The calculated photocopy of the workbook;
  • Certificates, qualifications, evidence, recommendations for various skills, calculated with the original;
  • Work references from employers or collaborators;
  • Proof of the knowledge of the foreign language is similar to the original;
  • Health status report, which certifies the ability to work;
  • Certificate of judicial status;
  • Photocopy of ID card.

The competition will take place in the premises of the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences . The ad-hoc commission will evaluate the candidate files in advance (16.10.2020-19.10.2020) and then the candidates will submit to the oral interview. Competitive candidates will be notified electronically of the preliminary results of the competition, the time and date of the oral interview and within 23.10.2020 also for the announcement /notification of the winner.
