Prof. Dr. Skender Topi meeting in the Senate of the Italian Republic

Important Agreement between the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani” and the International Center for Economic Studies for European Funds

On April 6, 2023 at the Senate of the Republic in Italy, the first international conference on European funds was held, attended by scientific actors from North America and scientific actors from the Euro -Post area.

In this important meeting, the Rector of the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”, Prof.Dr. Skender Topi, signed the strategic agreement on cooperation with the President of the International Center for Economic Studies for EU Funds 🇪🇺, Prof. Santi Tomaselli, with Prof. Michele Vincent of the Western University of Canada, as well as the representative of Egypt's foreign affairs and business Basm Ibrahim. 

In his greeting speech Skender Topi said:

“I am pleased because this agreement signed in one of the most important buildings of Italian institutions such as the Senate of the Republic marks an achievement for the University of Elbasan in the field of scientific cooperation of European funds.
