In an initiative to reinforce cooperation between the education institutions and the Ministry of Education and Sports, Minister Ogerta Manastirliu has signed with the Elbasan Municipality the Student Charter Agreement. This card will provide reduced tariffs for transport, socio-cultural services and offers from businesses. In this event was welcomed by the Rector of the University of Elbasan Prof.Dr. Skender Topi and student council representative.
