Activities organized by the Department of Teaching Methodologies within Open Days and Academic Days.

I. Academic Days

As part of the academic days, the Department of Teaching Methodologies carried out several activities in the faculty of Education Sciences:

1. By 30.04.2015 scientific reference by Dr. Alma Muharremi on the topic “Impact of digitalization of the pre -university education system on teaching and learning. Tasks of the Teaching Faculties. ”

The topic of the reference was of great interest, because the MAS has just just presented the project for the digitalization of Albanian schools through the integration of technology into secondary education. The purpose of this scientific reference was to argue that the digitalization of Albanian schools through the integration of technology into secondary education should affect the teaching methodology by making it interactive; and show that transformation into teaching methodology should affect teaching pedagogy. The lecture was based on these four pillars, which were the research questions:

  • What does the digitalization of Albanian schools represent through the integration of technology into secondary education?
  • What is, according to researchers, the basic theoretical framework that supports technology teaching? What does teaching with technology mean?
  • Are Albanian teachers prepared to develop teaching with technology? Where should their training consist?
  • Have the Teaching Faculties preceded the digitalization process? What is important for new teachers?

At the end of the report, dr. Alma Muharremi presented "Thoughts on the Future", where her scientific competence was clearly seen in dealing with this theme and implementation in the Albanian educational environment. Attendees, lecturers and students, evaluated the report, the information he was conveyed by asking questions and discussions about the topic dealt with.

2. On 19.05.2015 referred to Dr. Marta Topçiu on the topic “Forming Critical Thinking. Theory and practice. ”

The impetuous and dizzying change in today's society (which is already involved in globalization in every area of life) is a great challenge for those who will prepare the younger generation for the century. 21st. Educators of all spheres are facing the axial question: how to prepare young people for a successful and fruitful life? Most of the knowledge we know today will lose their actuality, become inappropriate, stereotype or outdated, and will be avoided over the next ten or even faster years. In the current trend of today's world development, all the necessary knowledge and skills of life cannot be provided only through education. Thus, students are left to the necessity of (self) education throughout life, even through critical thinking. Critical thinking based on "proof" always reproduces new information; phenomena and display; examples and tasks; solutions and solutions; operations and relationships; drawings and modeling; research and discoveries; "New", unprecedented. Critical thinking represents the process of considering ideas from many perspectives, including their impacts and consequences, compared to other ideas.

These were some of the issues addressed in this theme. During the referral there were interesting discussions from students and lecturers, bringing examples from everyday life.

3. On 13.05.2015, in the premises of the Faculty of Education Sciences, (Drawing Cabinet), lecturer Ibrahim Zabzuni conducted an open lecture on: “Art as an instrument of social, physical, intellectual and emotional development instrument Primary education students ”. The topic of the reference was of great interest. The purpose of the reference was the role that art must play in primary education as creativity, and as a form and a means of communication.

4. On 20.05.2015, lecturer Ibrahim Zabzuni organized an artistic exhibition on the works of primary and preschool students in the drawing cabinet premises.

5. On 21.05.2015 the promotion of books - new publications by Prof. Dr. Vilson Kuri, Prof. ASC. Dr. Florinda Tarusha, Prof. ASC. Dr. Xhevdet Zekaj.

6. On 22.05.2015 an artistic exhibition was organized with the work of students by Dr. Ornela Bilali and Beatrice Gani.

7. “Education for Entrepreneurship-Basic Competence in Primary Education” was titled the scientific reference by Dr. Ardian Tana and Prof. Neither. Dr. Florinda Tarusha on 21.05.2015.

In the context of academic days, in the premises of the Faculty of Education Sciences, on 21. 05, 2015, a conversation was held on the topic "Education for Entrepreneurship-Basic Competence in Primary Education" with third-year Branch Teacher Branch for Primary education. The conversation about this interesting topic for the students was led by Dr. Ardian Tana and Prof.As.Dr. Florinda Tarusha.

The purpose of this activity was to recognize students with the importance of education for the entrepreneurship of primary education students as one of the key competencies that our students must be equipped to cope with the challenges of the future and to be useful for the family, society and the nation.

Students showed a lot of interest in this topic because they had little information about it, while appreciating the importance of this topic and its usefulness to raise awareness of school environments and to create in schools the opportunity to promote this very important skill for each individual in order to reality students' dreams and desires.

Entrepreneurial education is not implemented as a special subject in primary education, but it must find the right space to develop in different subjects, through various topics, inter -integration and project work.

In order to enable the proper awareness of this topic it is necessary to work on the university formation of future teachers as well as the training of teachers who teach in order to recognize and give the right job for this purpose.

Through questions and comments, students clarified many aspects about enterprise education as a fundamental competence, entrepreneurship features and how to work for the students. They appreciated the usefulness of dealing with this topic and above all the form chosen for its work.
