The general and specific criteria for competition are

• The candidate must have completed his undergraduate studies at home or abroad in the pedagogy/arts sciences. Diplomas abroad must be known by MASR.
• Have completed BA and Master of Science studies or (equivalent to it) in the field of pedagogy/choreography/dolls/drama/media with an average grade above 8.5.
• Candidates with titles and degrees have advantages.
• The candidate must possess at least one Western foreign language protected and proven by evidence.
• Have completed courses or qualifications at home and abroad in the field of teaching
• Preferably to have made publications in the field.
• To have over 7 years of teaching experience and a contemporary contemporary teaching methods. To possess pedagogical skills certified with evidence or recommendations from subject holders.
