The general and specific criteria for competition are

• The candidate must have completed his undergraduate studies at home or abroad in education/pedagogy sciences. Diplomas abroad must be known by MASR.
• Have completed his studies BAD and Master of Science or (equivalent to it) in the field of pedagogy with an average grade above 8.5.
