Participated in the ceremony, councilor Wang Dexin, Deputy Rector Peci Naqellari and Professor Shkelqim Hidri, Dean of the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences.
Councilor Wang Dexin had friendly exchanges with lecturers and students on China-Albania relations, the cooperation of higher education and cultural exchanges between the two countries.
