At the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences, the awareness meeting was held within the 16 days of activation against gender -based violence, with representatives by ESD Albania & Europe and UN Women.

In her greeting speech the replacement neither. dr. Elvira Fetahu, emphasized the social and institutional efforts needed to make sure that the education offered to girls and women equip them to develop their potential and contribute to the country's progress.

This jubilee conference, turned into a tradition at this faculty, together with scholars from different countries, coincides with important dates and anniversaries for the University of Elbasan.

Rector of Prof.Dr. Skender Topi, in his greeting speech, focused on the achievements and the importance of organizing common interest activities, enhancing projects and collaborations within scientific research, supporting any initiative focusing on the student and academic worlds.

All of these elements have enabled ranking as one of the most important institutions in the country.

In the context of 16 days of raising awareness of gender -based violence guests at the Faculty of Education Sciences, well -known author Helena Kadare has conveyed awareness messages and solidarity.

The Doctoral Study Program in "Technical Medical Science" is included in the third cycle of university studies, at the end of which is issued a degree in the degree "Doctor of Technical Medical Sciences". The doctoral program aims to promote scientific research, orienting to deepen, reconstruct and reintegrate scientific knowledge, to bring innovation to scientific thinking.

Representatives of this institute shares with students the findings, opinions and conclusions of the study, analyzing the history and performance of the main parties in the country. This study funded by the Hanns Seidel Foundation, the Office for Albania, aims to bring together scholars, students and civil society activists to discuss the role and effects of democracy of political parties in society and public decision -making.
