The Scientific Bulletin of the University of Elbasan "Aleksandër Xhuvani" offers immediate open access to its content, which means that scientific research papers are available online for all users immediately after publication in the print version of the Scientific Bulletin. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for, or link to the full text of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without seeking prior permission from the publisher or author, as long as they cite the source. Authors publishing in the Scientific Bulletin (UNIEL) agree to the above conditions. Making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
