Interaction between physics and medicine in a workshop developed at the University of Elbasan

It took place at Elbasan's "Alexander Xhuvani" University over the past 5 days of workshop on "International Physics in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering". This activity was made possible thanks to the cooperation between the Department of Physics at the University of Elbasan and the CERN representatives, the already renowned research center in Switzerland. Professor Yves Lemoigne, who was present at this activity, has referred to the participants many of the latest news in the field of scientific research in terms of interaction between physics and the field of medicine

Meanwhile the Rector of the University of Elbasan Prof.Dr. Skender Topi has emphasized the importance of such meetings, in the context of recognition by the academic staff and students of new innovative and scientific ideas in the field of research in the areas of interaction between physics and medicine. He emphasized that the Rectorate of the University of Elbasan will support any initiative, which goes to increase research work at the University. Even the co-organizer of this workshop, from the University of Elbasan Luan Kola, emphasized that the purpose of this activity is to increase the interest of lecturers and students in the fields of medical physics, as a direction that is increasingly attracting the attention of scientists in the whole world.
