Competition announcement for 2 (two) job positions, full -time academic staff, 1 (one) Professor Category (Prof.Dr) and 1 (one) lecturer category

Department of Physics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani” announces a competition for 2 (two) job positions, academic staff , full time as follows :

1 (one) professor criteria : (Prof.Dr)

 Candites must possess these general and special criteria: 

1. Have completed studies in the physical/physical sciences applied/calculators/theoretical/material science. (Diploma issued by foreign higher education institutions and other authorized institutions abroad must be known and united by the Ministry responsible for education in Albania)
2. Have completed your doctoral degree studies in one of the above fields (Physical/Physical Sciences Applied/Calculators/Theoretical/Material Science)

 (Diploma issued by foreign higher education institutions and other authorized institutions abroad must be known and united by the Ministry responsible for education in Albania)

3. To have experience in teaching in HEI
4. To own at least one foreign language of the European Union.
5. Not be convicted by a final court decision.
6. There is no disciplinary measure in force of dismissal.

1 (one) lecturer criteria

Candites must possess these general and special criteria: 

1. Have a doctor of sciences in the physical/physical sciences applied/calculators/theoretical/material science. (Diploma issued by foreign higher education institutions and other authorized institutions abroad must be known and united by the Ministry responsible for education in Albania)
2. To have completed undergraduate studies (Master of Science or equivalent to it in profiling E: Applied/Calculators/Theoretical Physics/Material Science (Diploma issued by foreign higher education institutions and other authorized institutions abroad, should be known and unified by the Ministry responsible for education in Albania)
3. Have at least 2 years of teaching experience in HEIs.
4. To own at least one foreign language of the European Union.
5. Not be convicted by a final court decision.
6. To have no disciplinary measure in force of dismissal

Candidates must submit a postal road to the Human Resources Directorate Archive Protocol of the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" within 10 (ten) days (08.11.2021 - 17.11.2021) from the date of announcement at www.app.gov. Al Documentation Required As follows:

• Application form;
• His/her biography;
• Notarized copy of diplomas and grade lists. (Diplomas issued by foreign higher education institutions and other authorized institutions abroad must be known and united by the ministry responsible for education in Albania);
• The relevant associated original or notarized accompanying documentation according to the fulfillment of the criteria announced;
• Proof of the recognition of the foreign language recognized with the original;
• Calculated photocopy of workbook/employment certificate by employer for work experience;
• Certificates, qualifications, at home and abroad, calculated with the original;
• Certificate of judicial status;
• Health status report, which certifies the ability to work;
• Photocopy of ID card.

The competition will take place in the premises of the Faculty of Natural Sciences . The ad-hoc commission will evaluate the candidate files in advance and then the candidates will submit to the oral interview (22.11.2021-10.12.2021). Competitive candidates will be notified electronically of the preliminary results of the competition, the time and date of the interview and the announcement /notice of the winner.
