Rector of Prof.Dr. Skender Topi, in his greeting speech, expressed his appreciation for the importance of student engagement, considering this conference as the right platform to promote student talent and create an open debate on topics that are most important to them. As part of this conference, the student competition of artistic and crafts was held, where the awards for the best work were not missing.

The study program "Doctorate in Albanology" is included in the third cycle of university studies, at the end of which the degree in the degree of "Doctor of Science in Albanology" is issued. The doctoral program aims to promote scientific research, orienting to deepen, reconstruct and reintegrate scientific knowledge, to bring innovation to scientific thinking.

Book promotion at the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”
In the framework of the activities of the Faculty of Humanities and with the support of the EU Rectorate, the Department of Literature and Journalism in cooperation with the Department of Linguistics, today organized the EU Library premises, promoting the book "William Shakespeare" of Victor Hugo, translated by Abdulla Rami and Ermira Xhomaqi - Godo.
Attending were lecturers and students of both departments, students of the Dhaskal Todri Gymnasium, who expressed their opinions and assessments of this work, and discussed its values and innovations in Albanian letters.
As part of the premiere "Professional", the University of Elbasan welcomed as a special guest director Leka Bungo and actors Victor Zhusti and Astrit Hasani
The guests shared with the students and lecturers the values of this premiere, the memories of their roles, the relationship of the artist and the public with the art, the challenges of the Albanian theater and film, without forgetting the constellation of artists who have given them life with their creativity many characters.
They also benefited from this meeting to provide valuable advice on the inclusion of Albanian dramaturgy in the curriculum, as a historical, cultural and social asset, the continuity of which depends on the interest and appreciation of the younger generations not to neglect it.
