Rector of Prof.Dr. Skender Topi, in his greeting speech, expressed his appreciation for the importance of student engagement, considering this conference as the right platform to promote student talent and create an open debate on topics that are most important to them. As part of this conference, the student competition of artistic and crafts was held, where the awards for the best work were not missing.

In the framework of May 10, "National Day of Justice", University of Elbasan "Aleksandar Xhuvani" in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Elbasan Court of First Instance have organized a table of discussion on "Challenges of Albanian Justice from the Canon of Zhuria to Justice Reform within the integration processes ”.
Rector of the University of Elbasan Prof.Dr. Skender Topi, in his speech, expressed thanks for the widespread participation of senior personalities in the field of justice, judiciary, law scholars, religious communities, colleagues and students. He emphasized the importance of conducting such meetings in the framework of fruitful agreements, which enable institutional development, contribute to the community and the preparation of students who develop practices at these institutions.
