Employment of academic staff, academic and administrative aid at the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" is made by competition.

Employment criteria of full -time and part -time academic staff are determined by the basic unit, based on the latter's needs and approved by the Rector.

The employment of academic and administrative assistance staff is carried out in accordance with the modalities, criteria and procedures set out in the EU Regulation.
