All students are notified, seeking to pursue higher education in the second cycle of studies (Master of Science), at the "Alexander Xhuvani" University of Elbasan, that the Academic Senate of this University, by decision number 4, dated 22.07.2016, has set the determination of the level of foreign languages and international tests as follows:
