Notice for leaseing premises under the University of Elbasan “A.Juvani

Based on DCM No.54, dated 05.02.2017 “On the Determination of Criteria, Procedure and the Manner of Rent, Entfiteosis or other State Property Contracts”, University of Elbasan “A.Juvani”.

Notifies:

Will be leased, with one year -long premises in the administration of the University of Elbasan “A. Xhuvani as follows:

1. The environment on the outside of the main corpus building, adjacent to, from outside the gate by the amphitheater, outside the building, on the side of the administration offices with 123.75 m2 and functional surface 41 m2 for the exercise of activity : fast food trading, coffee, cocoa, tea and refreshing drinks in the service of university and student personnel;

2. Environment within the building of the Faculty of Economics with a building area of ​​68.3 m2 and free functional land 57.2 m2, for the exercise of activity: fast food trading, coffee, cocoa, tea and refreshments in the service of university personnel and students;

Calm the floor will be 150 lek/m2 per month .

Documents to submit interested entities must contain:

• Request for renting of the facility;
• Detailed business plan for the facility, which clearly describes the employment plan, investment plan and indicators to be realized;
• Supply for monthly rental fee;
• Historical Extract of Subject Registration on NRC or Court Registration Decision;
• Inus and the Research from the Tax Branch for the settlement of tax liabilities and social insurance;
• Certificate from the relevant institutions that the entity is not in prosecution and that it is not in litigation related to the activity.

A relevant commission has been set up for the exposure of bids at the University of Elbasan "A. Xuvani".

The documents will be submitted to the University Archive Protocol office by 12.02.2020 12:00. This documentation will be reviewed on 17.02.2020 at 10:00, in the meeting room.
