Announcement for renting premises from the University of Elbasan “A. Xuvani

Based on the KCCM no.54, dated 05.02.2017 “On the determination of criteria, procedure and way of leasing, enfiteosis or other contracts of state property” as amended, University of Elbasan “A.Juvani”.

Notifies:

Will be leased, with one year -long premises in the administration of the University of Elbasan “A. Xhuvani as follows:

1. Enough on the outside of the main corpus building, adjacent, from outside the gate by the amphitheater, outside the building, on the side where the administration offices with 123.75 m2 and 41 m2 functional surface are for the exercise of activity : fast food trading, coffee, cocoa, tea and refreshing drinks in the service of university and student personnel;

2. Evidence within the building of the Faculty of Economics with a building area 68.3 m2 and free functional land 57.2 m2, for the exercise of activity: fast food trading, coffee, cocoa, tea and refreshing drinks in the service of university personnel and students;

Calm the floor will be 150 lek/m2 per month.

Documents to submit interested entities must contain:

a) the request for renting of the facility;

b) a detailed business plan for the facility, which clearly describes the employment plan, the investment plan and the indicators to be realized;

c) bid for monthly rental fee;

d) Historical extract of the entity's registration in the NRC dated or decision of registration in court;

e) Inus and the Research from the Tax Branch for the settlement of tax liabilities and social insurance;

f) Certificate from the relevant institutions that the entity is not in prosecution and that it is not in litigation related to the activity.

A relevant commission has been set up for the exposure of bids at the University of Elbasan "A. Xuvani".

The documents will be submitted to the University Archive Protocol Office by 31.01.2020 at 12: 00.This documentation will be reviewed on 05.02.2020 at 10:00, in the meeting room.
