FSHH/ Notice for Assistant Assistant Personnel

The Faculty of Humanities at the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani” for its needs announces a competition for 1 (one) Assistant Assistant Assistant with full -time administrative character, responsible for the media laboratory.

Media Laboratory Officer: Organizes, coordinates and oversees work activity and responds to effectively organizing the tasks and functioning of the media lab; coordinates and manages and cooperates with other components of the AFA. Reports to the head of the main unit, drafts reports, performs periodic analysis and proposes solutions in cases where necessary, in accordance with applicable legal and sub -legal acts.

General Criteria:

• To have a second cycle degree (level) of studies in the field of communication/journalism. Diplomas that have been obtained abroad must be known and united by the ministry responsible for education.
• Have previous work experience.
• Not have been convicted by a final court decision.
• To have no disciplinary measure in force.
• Be able to work.

Special Criteria:

• Have previous work experience in print and visual media.
• Have good organizational/communication skills.
• Be cognitive of software.
• Have evidence of foreign language protected under the legislation in force.
• Have work references from previous employers.

Candidates must submit to the Human Resources Directorate, Archive Protocol in the EU Rectorate, within 10 (ten) days of the announcement of the PPA, ie from 17.06.2019 to 27.06.2019 this documentation:

• Job position motivation letter: responsible for the media laboratory.
• His/her biography

• Work references from employers or collaborators;

• Certificate of judicial status;
• Forensic -legal report certifying the ability to work;
• Certificate of judicial status/self -declaration;
• Photocopy of ID card.

The ad-hoc commission will evaluate the candidate files in advance and then submit to the oral interview. The competition will take place at the Faculty of Humanities. Competitive candidates shall be notified electronically of the preliminary results of the competition within 04.07.2019 and within 10.07.2019 the winners shall be announced/notification.
