Rectorate of "A Xhuvani" University, Elbasan

Based on DCM no. 911 dated 11.11.2015 "On determining the criteria for the benefit of scholarships and payments and for the financial quotas of food and dormitories, for students and students in public educational institutions, for the school year 2015 - 2016", announces: Students of II years - TA and III - in all the first cycle programs of "full -time Bachelor" study, which were treated with a scholarship a year ago, as well as those seeking to benefit from intermediate scholarships available of the University, should:

A. According to the economic criterion:

I. If the family (family trunk) receives economic assistance as a family in need, submit the following documents:

• Family - original certificate, issued within 3 months from the date of submission of documentation by the civil status office.
• Certificate on behalf of the head of household for the treatment of his family with economic assistance as a family in need, specifying: the number of file and the number of spirits receiving assistance, the measure of assistance (value expressed by figures and words) - issued by the unit of local government. Failure to submit the document according to the required data constitutes a cause for disqualification.
• Bank document for opening account number - only near Raiffeisen Bank.
• Student ID card - photocopy

II. If the family (family trunk) does not receive economic assistance as a family in need, in addition to the above documents they will also submit the following documents:

• Certificate of all family members, capable of work, who are registered as unemployed jobseekers - issued by DR Employment of the District.
• Certificate of all family members, capable of work or not private activity-issued by the Regional Tax Directorate of the District.
• Certificate of all family members who have or not vehicle - issued by DPSH.T.Rr. (Regional District Directorate).
• Certificate for all family members who benefit or non -income - issued by the local government unit, the Social DRS of the District, the Center of Labor

III. Each spouse student with children, who is accommodated in a public dormitory, in addition to the above documentation, according to the economic criterion, must also submit a certificate that resides in the public dormitory.

B. Outside the economic criterion

All students who will apply according to the following categories must submit:

I. Students who have received orphan status - orphan status document (notarized photocopy), II. Students who have lost parental custody, by a final court decision - a court decision (notarized photocopy), III. Students who enjoy the legal status of paraplegic and tetraplegic invalid - the relevant document (notarized photocopy). IV. Students who enjoy legal status who do not see or hear - the relevant document (notarized photocopy). V. Students, children of persons enjoying the status of invalids, receive disability pension and have no other income:

• Family - original certificate, issued within 3 months from the date of submission of documentation by the civil status office.
• Notarized copy of the KMCAP certificate of the parent and certificate of disability pension, issued by the district's Social DRS.
• Certificate for all family members who benefit from or not income - issued by the local government unit, the Social DRS of the District, the Labor Center.

Vi. Students who have been identified and treated as victims of human trafficking and have lost parental care - court decision (notarized photocopy).

Do not benefit students who:

• Studies continue at a distance below 10 km from their permanent residence.
• Are separated from the family trunk
• Their families exercise private activity
• Studies continue in a second study program.
• They are announced and lost the school year due to non -level results.

C. Documentation prepared and listed according to the Scholarship Form shall be submitted by the student himself to the Rectorate - Protocol, from 18.11.2015 - 30.11.2015
