Announcement

All students who have pursued studies in private higher education institutions (HEIs) are notified, who have been removed licenses that they can apply for the transfer of studies to "Alexander Xhuvani" University Elbasan, according to the procedures of instruction no. 33, dated 19.09.2014.

For application the student must submit to the relevant faculty teaching secretariat, the following documents:

• Request for registration;
• List of grades and credits obtained for each subject, which will serve to equivalence the grades of the study program followed;
• For students applying for transfer of studies to first cycle study programs, notarized photocopies of the State Matura Diploma together with the certificate of grades, or another study grade/diploma obtained abroad, assessed equivalent to in Albania and recognized by the Ministry of Education and Sport (MAS). Candidate who graduated from high school in the Republic of Albania before 2011, submit a notarized photocopy of high school maturity certificate, together with the certificate from the National Examinations Agency (PAK) for the repayment of the elective exams if they have given Such exams. In the absence of the State Matura Diploma or the high school maturity certificate must submit, respectively, certificate of State Matura and exams, or duplicates of the Maturity Certificate issued by the PAK or High School Directorate Certified in the Regional Education Directorate / relevant Education Office or a list of high school grades issued by the State Archive;
• For students applying for transfer of studies to second cycle study programs, in addition to the documentation provided for in point 3 of this notice, the candidate must submit a notarized photocopy of diploma/diplomas of the previous cycle/cycle of education study of education High together with the grade certificate and the relevant diploma/diploma supplement. In cases where the candidate does not have a diploma/diplomat may submit another valid document for applying for continuing studies to a public HEI in the country concerned. In cases where the document is issued by a foreign institution it must be translated into Albanian, and known in the Republic of Albania by the MAS;
• Notarized copies of the valid login document;
• A bank document proving the payment of the fee of 3,000 ALL for the application;
• Completed statement, according to Annex no. 1 of the MES Instruction No. 33, dated 19.09.2014, which is signed in the presence of the employee of the teaching secretariat and countermeasted by the latter;
• Matriculation number;
• Albanian Language Protection Certificate (for foreign nationals);
• Two personal pictures.

Note:

The student cannot apply for the transfer of studies to two HEIs at the same time.
