The criteria for competition are:

• To be a graduate of the branch (foreign language, English) with an average grade above 8.5 and specialty subjects 9.
• To complete the studies of the second -level master's (or master of science) postgraduate studies in the English language profile with average grade 9.
• In this teaching experience in English language and currently engaged in this sector.
• Be engaged in postgraduate qualification (grade, title is priority)

Candidates must submit to the Human Resources Directorate of the Rectorate of "Alexander Xhuvani" University of Elbasan until 31.03.2014 these documents:
