1. Students pursuing studies in the first cycle "Bachelor" full time, in the second cycle "Professional Master" full and partial time, "Master of Science", who did not apply by 31.10.2013 for exception Tuition fee, apply by completing the form:
a) "Practice of exemption from the payment of the" Bachelor "tuition fee - full -time".
b) "Payment for exemption from the payment of the Master of Science fee/ Professional Master".
Applicants must prove, through the required documentation, that they come from the relevant social strata before 07.10.2013, at which the academic year 2013 - 2014 began.

2. Students pursuing studies in the first "bachelor" cycle partial time, apply by completing the form:
a) "Practice for partial exemption from the obligation to pay the tuition fee of first -time, part -time study students." Applicants must prove, through the required documentation, that they come from the relevant social strata before 21.10.2013, at which the academic year 2013 - 2014. and belong to the social strata as in the relevant announcement for this purpose, it is published at www.uniel.edu.al, the "Information/Notifications" section. The form shall be printed and supplemented by the applicant with the relevant data and documentation according to the status it belongs to and submitted to the portolo with the Rectorate from 05.12.2013 daily 12.00 - 14.00.
The deadline for submitting applications by the student is 23.12.2013 at 14.00
