Procedures of admission and enrollment in the first cycle of part -time studies.

1. Application for enrollment in the first -time of the first -time study programs shall be made to the teaching secretariats of the main units where the candidate must appear in person and submit the following documentation:

a) Notarized photocopies of the State Matura Diploma and the certificate of grades, or any other study of study obtained abroad, assessed equivalent to it in Albania. Candidates who have graduated from high school before 2011, submit a notarized photocopy of high school maturity certificate.

b) Identification document (ID card or passport) and photocopy of one of them. The photocopy of this document will be kept in the file.

c) 2 photographs

d) Mandate Contains of the registration fee of 1,500 ALL, paid in the Albanian Post.

e) a statement proving that the candidate does not attend any other full -time or part -time study program in public higher education institutions.

2. If the candidate does not have a State Matura Diploma or high school maturity certificate, it must submit its duplicates, issued by the High School Directorate and approved by the Regional Education Directorate/Relevant Education Office, or the list of high school grades issued by the State Archive.

3. Candidates who will apply for enrollment in the first -time part -time study programs, in a second study program, submit to the teaching secretaries, in addition to the documentation of point 1, and the diploma issued by an education institution High (or her notarized photocopy), another degree of study obtained outside the rated place equivalent to it in Albania.

4. Application of candidates in the part -time study program begins on 17.10.2011 and ends on 21.10.2011, from 8 pm to 4 pm

5. The lists of the winning candidate lists are done in visible places at the respective faculties, within 4 pm on 27.10.2011.

6. Registration of candidates in part -time study programs is held from 01.11.2011 to 06.11.2011, from 8:00 to 4 pm, at the relevant teaching secretaries.

7. Registration is done only with the State Matura diploma and the original high school maturity certificate, except in the cases provided above. Non -winning candidates documents will be returned to persons against the request.
