The Rector of the University of Elbasan, Prof. dr. Skender Topi, held a fruitful meeting in the context of internationalization with the British Ambassador to Albania, Mr. Alastair King-Smith

During the meeting they discussed the possibilities of increasing the cooperation between the University of Elbasan, the British Embassy in Albania and the Higher Education Institutions in Britain.

The Rector focused on the importance of developing higher education, by implementing concrete cooperation, mentioning here, the creation of joint programs, project participation, development of lectures open to students by British experts, increasing academic mobility, as well as Changing young people's narrative regarding immigration.

As part of his visit, Mr. King-Smith also held a meeting with students, discussing related issues with students and their academic development.
