Born in Korça on December 20, 1934, he completed elementary and secondary school in his hometown, and the first studies of Russian language and literature at the Tirana Higher Pedagogical Institute in 1956. For Russian language in 1956 he worked as a teacher of Albanian and Russian language in Cerrik, Elbasan until 1960. He continued with a correspondence of the four -year Higher Pedagogical Institute, but for Russian Language and Literature, but as he was sent to teach Turkish at the Institute of birth languages ​​in Moscow, could not obtain the relevant diploma. He has defended a dissertation with the topic "Pardonor with prepositions in Albanian" and acquired the rank of "Doctor of Science" in Albania. He has published in Peja the book "The Pardonor with Paraphrases in Albanian". He has defended a dissertation for the state doctor on the topic "Syntax of Saying in Today's Albanian Language (Syntax of Short forms of Pronouns)" and has acquired the highest scientific degree France has: "Doctor d'Atat des lettres et scsierses Humaines ", as well as the right to lead doctoral works in Albania and France, to be a member of the doctorate protection. This doctorate also gave the title "Professor" in France.
