Activity on the occasion of International Book Day

International Book Day is commemorated at "Alexander Xhuvani" University of Elbasan with an event organized by the Departments of Language and Literature-Journalism, at the Faculty of Humanities. Part of this activity has been the presentation of intellectual production in the field of publications and scientific research of the lecturers of this university, which have been exhibited in an environment in its main lobby.

Meanwhile, with the participation of many students, a ceremony was organized, where the leaders of the departments organized by the activity Prof. As.dr. Elvira Lumi and Prof.As.Dr. Albert Riska, Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences Prof.Dr. Roland Gjini, but also the Rector of the University Prof.Dr. Liman Varoshi.

Rector Varoshi, appreciating this marked day, has emphasized that the University of Elbasan with many prestigious publications of many of his lecturers is a dignified, in the market of intellectual scientific publications of our country but not only. He emphasized that the university will strongly support any genuine intellectual product of its staff, which aims to advance scientific research. In the meantime, by addressing the students he has called on the book to be as close as possible, because this is the only way to achieve the desired results for themselves in the field of life and further in the field of life. He has also invited students to be as present as possible at the University Library premises, which offers not only many book titles, but also a full access to the digital library.

Even the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities Prof. Dr. Roland Gjini has called on students to be as close to the book as possible, stressing that only they will have the right cultural and intellectual potential to be skilled and worthy professionals in the future.
