FSHH/ Notice of Competition for full -time academic staff

The Faculty of Humanities, at the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" for its needs, announces a competition for Academic Assistant Personnel of full -time administrative character. Assistant Assistant Staff of Administrative Character, Specialist in the Media Laboratory, deals with activities and organization of work in the performance of the tasks and functioning of the media lab; Coordinates work with other members of the Center as well as the Constitutional Structures of the AFS. Reports periodically to superiors.

General criteria

• To have a second cycle degree (level) of studies in human science. Diplomas that have been obtained abroad must be known and united by the ministry responsible for education.
• Have previous work experience.
• Not have been convicted by a final court decision.
• There is no disciplinary measure in force.
• Be able to work.

Special criteria

• Have previous work experience in the field of media
• Have the ability to write official documentation.
• Be connoisseur and computer user.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be connoisseur of a foreign language.

Candidates must submit a post from the Human Resources Directorate, the Archive Protocol on the EU Rectorate, within 10 (ten) days of the announcement of the PPA, this documentation:

• Motivation letter for the position of the specialist.
• His/her biography
• Photocopy of diploma is calculated with the original. If the applicant has a degree in a foreign university, then he must have it calculated to the ministry responsible for education
• Photocopy of the list of grades calculated with the original. If there is a diploma and a list of different grades with the recognized assessment in the Albanian state, then the applicant must have converted it according to the Albanian system;
• The same photocopy of the workbook
• Employers' work references;
• Forensic -legal report certifying the ability to work;
• Certificate of judicial status/self -declaration
• Photocopy of ID card.

The ad-hoc commission will evaluate the candidate files in advance and then submit to the oral interview. The competition will take place at the Faculty of Humanities. Competitive candidates will be notified electronically of the preliminary results of the competition within 18.09.2019 and by 23.09.2019 will be the announcement/notification of the winners.
