Organized at the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani” ceremony for the commencement of training program for the second generation of applicants for leaders of pre -university education institutions

 

At the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”, was organized on 16.10.2020, the commencement ceremony of the training program for the second generation of applicants for heads of pre -university education institutions, a project that is implemented in three other education institutions High in Albania, from the School of Directors and the Albanian-American Development Fund.

 

In his greeting speech, Deputy Rector, Prof. neither. dr. Peci Naqellari, emphasized that this project is of particular importance to the institution and the Elbasan educational community.

 

50 principals, deputy directors or aspirants for pre -university education directors will be able to be trained by experts in the field, in 9 training modules that include topics such as: -Development of vision and strategy for school improvement and change management -teaching and teaching and teaching Learning -Pedagogical Directors who rely on data -the process of directing transformative changes in accordance with the Albanian legal framework -partnership with parents and the wider community -Modeling the professional development of yourself and others.

Also, Mrs. Anila Çota, Director of the Elbasan Local Education Office, participating in the event, thanked all participants for their extraordinary work, developed in these difficult times the country is facing, due to Covid-9. emphasized that to fulfill its mission, the school needs open-minded leaders, who practice leadership based on moral principles for the benefit of all children.
