Inaugurated at the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", Valeu-X Laboratory

 

Thanks to the European Union-funded capacity building project, Valeu-X "Virtual Albanian European Universities Exchange", a Valeu-X lab was inaugurated today, a virtual student exchange completely dedicated.

The project provides higher education institutions in Albania an opportunity to explore, implement and distribute internationalization practices from home, increase student and staff mobility participation in a European and international academic, economic and social context.

A comprehensive program will be developed and implemented to facilitate intensive knowledge transfer between members of partner universities, to address the problems of: limited physical academic mobility, international perspective in university teaching modules, gap between learning outcomes and needs of learning and needs of learning and needs labor market, effective use of ICT in higher education, etc.

Valeu-X aims:

- promote teaching and learning methodologies with learning center;

- modernize learning practices with innovative technology;

- Realization of virtual mobility.
