Rector of the University of Elbasan, prof. dr. Skender Topi, meeting with Montenegro's Ambassador to Albania

Rector of the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani”, prof. dr. Skender Topi, held a meeting with the Ambassador of Montenegro to Albania, Vesna Radonjic.

Prof. Topi acquainted the ambassador with the resources and capacities of the University of Elbasan. The conversation further focused on establishing bridges of cooperation, mainly with the University of Podgorica in Montenegro.

“We want to launch a fruitful cooperation in the interest of the two sides. We have projects ready in the university field that include Albania, Montenegro and Italy. We need to coordinate together to finalize these projects and avoid bureaucratic mechanisms ”, said the Rector, prof. dr. Skender Topi.

In her speech, Ambassador Vesna Radonjic highlighted the good neighborly relations between Albania and Montenegro. She considered Elbasan as an important historical, cultural and scientific center.
