The participation of EU students in Youth Bootcamp "E-Citizens, Albania in Europe!"

After successfully completing the first phase of the "E-Citizens, Albania in Europe!", The University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", the network of Albanian students in the world-as@n in cooperation with the Honorary Consuls Association in Albania , with the support of the European Union, conducted three training with extensive students from our university: "History of the European Union"; "EU Enlargement and Albania's EU membership"; “Citizenship and European values. Programs for young people ”.

In the second phase of this initiative, the AS@N network successfully completed the 3-day bootcamp "I am Europe" in Tirana, 01, 03 and 07 October, part of which were 50 students, 11 of them from the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani". Students, divided into groups, presented five initiatives and a jury composed of national and international experts selected "Albanian Youth and Volunteerism" of the Unions as the best. Ideators of the winning initiative aimed at promoting volunteering and youth projects in the community were Angela Biba (Law in the Public Sector), Sara Llauca (English) and Gersi Hoxha (biology). Their idea will be financially supported and realized during October-December 2019 in Elbasan, Tirana and Durres.

All other students were provided with a certificate of participation.
