The workshop of "E-Citizens, Albania in Europe" is finalized

University of Elbasan “Aleksandar Xhuvani”, Network of Albanian Students (As@N) in cooperation with the Honorary Consul Association in Albania, with the support of the European Union in the framework for pre-membership assistance (IPA II) organized workshop "E-Citizens, Albania in Europe".

The event was attended by over 100 students of different study programs in the EU, who were able to get acquainted with the history of the European Union, the treaties that created it, the expansion and development of this union over the years.

Executive Director of Network AS@N, Ms. Edlira Cepani, expressed her heartfelt thanks for cooperation with the University of Elbasan and also thanked the students for the high interest shown. Among other things it emphasized the importance that young people have in all European Union policies as well as in our country's EU integration processes.

In the quality of the expert on the activity was Ms. Gentiola Madhi, European Integration researcher, Osservatorio dei Balcani and Caucaso-Transseuropa.

At the end of the activity the students were provided with certificates.
