The University of Elbasan was closed at the Justice for All-Albania Project

The University of Elbasan was closed at the Project Justice for All-Albania "To develop the investigative mindset in the digital era". This project was a collaboration between USAID and the University of Elbasan, "Alexanderjuvani".

The training was attended by students of the Bachelor study program in journalism, who during the three training sessions in December, January and March, were trained by Michael Alexander, International Media Advisor.

Michael Alexander has worked for the BBC, APTN and the National Multimedia Agency in the UK with over 35 years of television, radio, print press and digital journalism. He has been editor of news editions and several programs, producer and reporter in the UK and abroad. With a long experience in investigative journalism, he trained journalists in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Malaysia, Southern Sudan, Kenya etc.

During the training the students discussed and presented topics about investigative journalism, research techniques, multimedia reporting, the importance of journalism in the digital age, reporting through intelligent equipment, etc.
