Vice. Turkish Red Crescent Chairman Ismail Hakkı Turuç, visit to the University of Elbasan

Under the auspices of the Rector of the University of Elbasan, "Alexander Xhuvani", prof. dr. Skender Topi, Deputy Mayor of Turkey's Red Crescent, Ismail Hakkı Turuç, held a conference with students of the Faculty of Nursing and Red Cross volunteers.

Turuç was received by the Dean of this Faculty, prof. neither. Shine Hydri.

During his speech, Ismail Hakki Turuç expressed the satisfaction in this city and promised to continue institutional cooperation in the future.

In his speech, Dean Hydri said that the faculty he runs is the largest at Alexander Xhuvani University. He also expressed gratitude for cooperation with the Yunus Emre Institute for teaching Turkish language, where he, according to him, has a very high interest from students.

At a meeting with nursing students, Turuç lectured on his volunteering and important role in natural disasters.

"Volunteering is undoubtedly very important, but leaders also have a lot of weight in their decision -making," Turunc said and then, setting an example from the tsunamis that take place in the Indonesia region, said the determination in decision -making could prevent many losses life through planning.
