Bulgaria's Ambassador to Tirana, Mr. Montchil Staynow Routchevski, an official visit to the University of Elbasan, "Alexanderjuvani"

During his visit to the University of Elbasan, the Ambassador of Bulgaria to Tirana, Mr. Montchil Staynow Routchevski was received by Rector Prof. dr. Skendertop, Vice. Rector Prof. neither. dr. Peci Naqellari as well as representatives of academic staff graduated in well -known Bulgarian universities.

Rector Prof. dr. Skendertop welcomed the ambassador, stating that:

Creating strong bridges of cooperation with well -known universities in Bulgaria is an inherent part of the internationalization strategy which is being implemented in the EU. This university has a long history of cooperation and success with Bulgarian universities by making exchanges of academic staff and students. Among other things, the EU has its academic staff who graduated from well -known Bulgarian universities, who are often initiators of bilateral and multilateral projects, focusing on higher education and student.

For his part, the ambassador thanked the Rector for the extraordinary reception and work he is doing.

I feel very happy to be near you today. Returning to the university always creates a positive feeling. The University of Elbasan, as a hotbed of knowledge and culture, best represents the tradition and culture of this city. It is this institution, which becomes the messenger of change and development. I express my readiness for further implementation in the realization of projects of common interest.

During the meeting, the reforms in education of each of the countries, their impact on higher education institutions, as well as priority areas of common interest were discussed in detail.
