University of Elbasan, "Alexander Xhuvani", in cooperation with the "Forum of Free Thought", "Institute of Political Studies", Foundation "Open Society for Albania" and Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana, organized "Discussion on Reformation in justice. Information and problems ”.

The meeting discussed the benefits of society from the reform of the justice system and the role that citizens must play to promote the continuation of the justice reform process in the country.

On behalf of the Rectorate of the University of Elbasan he greeted Deputy. Rector, prof. neither. dr. Peci Naqellari.

In his speech Mr. Naqellari said that "the discussion of justice reform is not only current but also indispensable". Vice. Rector Peci Naqellari emphasized that "the University of Elbasan has supported and will support any invitation to cooperation, where the leading actors are students and the academic world."

Regarding "Information and Role of Citizens" in this reform, Mr. Mentor Kikia, representative of the "Free Thought Forum". The topic, "Universities and Reform in Justice", was referred by Mr. Afrim Krasniqi “Institute of Political Studies”. Whereas Mr. Artan Hoxha, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana referred to the paper “What is happening with justice reform? Balance and challenges ”.

Then the meeting went into the form of questions and discussions between the panel and the attendees.
