Continue joint projects with Italian universities

Rector of the University of Elbasan Prof.Dr. Skender Topi, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics Prof.Sc.Dr.imelda Sejdini, Dean of the Faculty of Education Sciences Prof.Asc.Dr. Valentina Haxhiymeri, Dean of the Faculty of Technical Medical Sciences Prof.asc. Dr. Shkelqim Hydri as well as the Head of the Department of Social Sciences Prof.asc. Dr. Elisabeta Osmanaj, have held several official visits to several state universities in Italy. The first stop was at the University of Bari, where the rector and the delegation that accompanied him initially stopped at the Faculty of Political Science. During the meeting with the leaders of this faculty, it was agreed to create a joint scientific master's for social workers. Another point discussed at this meeting was that for the recognition of a 3 -year diploma, issued by the University of Elbasan, in order for students of this university to pursue a master's degree at the University of Bari. At the same time it is also discussed for the possibilities of exchange of academic staff in common subjects and fields.

Dean of the Faculty of Economics Prof.asc. Dr. Imelda Sejdini held a meeting with the Head of the Department of Economics at the University of Bari, where he has discussed the possibilities of cooperation and joint projects in the field of economic sciences.

The University of Bari is working to finalize a common doctoral program in the field of medicine.

A meeting with the administrator and the internal evaluation unit in the Rectorate of the Bari, in which concrete ideas were also proposed in the field between the two universities, were also held.

Another meeting that Rector Skender Topi held in Italy was the one with the Rector of the University of Aquila Prof. Paola inverared. During this meeting it was discussed about the concretization of the idea of ​​opening a joint study program between the two universities in the field of incisor emergencies. During this meeting it was also appreciated that 3 doctors from the University of Elbasan have successfully completed their first year of doctoral studies with maximum assessments. The interlocutors have also discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the areas of economics and information technology.
