Turkey's Ambassador to Albania Hidayet Bayraktar, congratulates Rector Skender Topi on his new assignment

The Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Albania Hidayet Bayraktar, accompanied by his deputy Sinan Cem Bas, paid a visit to the "Alexander Xhuvani" University of Elbasan. He was received at a meeting by the Rector of this University Prof.Dr. Skender Topi. Thanking the Ambassador for his visit, Rector Skender Topi has expressed his readiness and university staff, to further enhance the collaborations that Alexander Xhuvani University has and has with the Turkish Embassy, ​​but in particular with university of the Turkish state, with two of which the university has cooperation agreements. Rector Skender Topi has stated that it is ready for the concrete implementation of these agreements to begin immediately with the joint exchanges of academic staff and students, as well as in terms of joint scientific research projects in certain fields.

Ambassador Hidayet Bajraktar, first wishing the Rector on his new assignment, has also expressed the pleasure and readiness of continuing cooperation with the "Alexander Xhuvani" University of Elbasan. He supported the idea of ​​Rector Skender Topi, so that collaborations with Turkish universities will begin to become concrete and tangible for academic staff and students as soon as possible.
