Academic titles in the EU are divided

18 Higher Education employees, 17 of whom are members of the academic staff of "Alexander Xhuvani" University in Elbasan, received academic titles, 9 of whom are associated professors and 9 other docent titles, given by the Council of Professors near this University. The case of the occasion of the submission of these titles was held in the premises of the library of this university, where they participated, in addition to the staff who received these university titles and lecturers and other guests.
The Rector of the University of Elbasan Prof.Dr. Liman Varoshi emphasized during his speech that the tuning of these tiitles shows the work done in this institution in terms of research, claiming that a teaching process provides qualified knowledge only if it is led by a qualified body. In the meantime, he has also praised the work of lecturers who have received scientific degrees and the Council of Professors of the University of Elbasan in terms of the authority, professionalism and objections of evaluation, which is also shown by the fact of adopting decisions by the relevant Ministry of Education .
Meanwhile this is another important step of the University of Elbasan, towards the accreditation process, which is expected to make the difference between the country's public and non -public universities.
The lecturers who received the title Prof.As. are Svjetlana Kerenji, Bedriana Shyti, Albert Riska, Elvira Lumi, Xhevdet Zekaj, Edlira Pajenga, Elda Talka, Rudina Mita and Edi Puka.
Meanwhile, the lecturers who received the title Docent are Hysen Domi, Riza Hasa, Nada Krypa, Ardiana Brahja, Marjana Papamihali, Agim Leka, Panajot Lena and Shpetim Sulkuqi.
The Council of Professors at the University of Elbasan began its operation in 2012, following the opening of the third cycle of studies at this university. Currently the Doctoral School grants the title of Doctor, in two directions in that albanology in history and albanology in linguistics.
