The University of Elbasan, the Department of Linguistics in cooperation with the Department of Slavic Language and Culture and the Albanian lecture as part of the Seeffield project at the University of Resensburg, organized the first scientific cooperation at the University of Elbasan, in exchange for study experiences for one of the issues of Important of linguistic reality in the 20th century.

Part of this roundtable were the academic staff of the Faculty of Humanities, the Department of Linguistics and the Department of Foreign Languages, as well as the students of study programs of these three cycles departments.
