The Rector of the University of Elbasan “Alexander Xhuvani, Prof. Dr. Skender Topi, welcomed the Ambassador of Greece to Albania, Ms. Sophia Philippidou

Prof. Dr. Skender Topi, expressed his gratitude for enabling this meeting and focused on the projects and agreements undertaken to develop and enhance the quality of the institution nationally and international.

Mrs. Sophia Philippidou, praised the initiative of Prof. Dr. Skender Topi to increase agreements with higher education institutions in Greece and expressed his willingness to create bridges of cooperation in the academic field.

At the meeting, they discussed the opportunities of cooperation with universities in Greece, to strengthen relations between the two parties, in order to exchange students, academic staff, enabling joint programs, capacity building projects, organization of conferences and increase quality of scientific research.
