The Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani" and SwissContact are signed

The purpose of this memorandum is to establish a useful reciprocal relationship, built on academic, scientific and cultural cooperation, as well as to define areas for scientific and academic research in which the parties wish to work together in the future, for the benefit of Mutual, to promote a cooperation framework with the intention of winning from each other's work initiatives and procedures.

The project "Skills for the Work" is a project designed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, in cooperation with the Albanian Government, for the implementation of which is contracted by SwissContact.
