The book of Prof.As.Dr. Ardjan Turkut "Shaping the competences of new teachers, through professional practices". This presentation comes as part of the activities that "organize" in the framework of the "March month of teaching in the village".

Rector of Prof.Dr. Skender Topi emphasized the importance of promoting academic texts and enriching the library with genuine studies, which will always have the support of the Rectorate of the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani". Professor Ardjan Turku considered the study as very important to all students of teaching branches, lecturers covering professional practices and mentors. He emphasized the fact that such studies create spaces for further debate in scientific and academic terms.

Dean of the Faculty of Education Sciences, Prof.As.Elisabeta Osmanaj, invited all professors, scholars, writers to promote their work in the countryside, considering this publication as a good practice for standardizing professional practices in teaching branches .
