He was held at the University of Elbasan "Alexander Xhuvani", scientific symposium "Alexander Xhuvani in Albanian Lexicology", in cooperation with the Academy of Albanological Studies.

In his greeting speech, the Deputy Rector of this University Prof.As.Dr Peçi Naqellari emphasized the importance of this symposium as an obligation to evaluate and exalt the figure of Alexander Xhuvani, whose work and contribution is a cultural heritage for the city and students.
