Albania's social model, lecture with experts in religion
Many questions about the social state model that Albania is following have received answers from many economics experts present in an open lecture at the Faculty of Economics of '' Aleksander Xhuvani '' of Elbasan. Rexhep Mejdani, former President, Prof. Dr. Adrian Civici, economics expert, Agim Nezha, former EU ambassador, lecturers and students of religion.
In the opening speech, Altin Idrizi emphasized the importance of making the contribution of everyone to create the model of the European Social State. Agim Nezha, a former ambassador, said the state should be solidar and society itself should be guided by the principle of solidarity. According to him, the societies of countries that want to join the EU should follow the example of the social models of EU countries.
Former Albanian President Rexhep Meidani said that the time has come for this issue to be subject to widespread public, academic and political discussion, as it is urgent to find a long -term convincing consensus on the type or fundamental features of Albanian capitalism, traits that in The framework of a sustainable political consensus on them must constantly be built and carefully complemented by the policies of the economic and financial country of development.
UET President, Prof. Dr. Adrian Civici, during the lecture held on the panel organized on the social state model and European integration brought three consolidated models of capitalism in Europe, as well as the Anglo-Saxon model of the European continent. Among the questions and discussions this training concluded a broad discussion of the social model of Albania seen in the face of successful Western models and beyond.
