Project Title: Enchase (Enhancing Albanian System of Quality Assurance in Higher Education:

Application of the Process and Outcome-Based Methodology)

Improving the quality assurance system in higher education in Albania, the application of the results -based process and methodology. (2013-2016)

The project aims to strengthen the quality assurance system (SC) in Higher Education (AL) in Albania by developing a general national and unified framework for quality assurance in Albania, aiming at building the capacity of actors dealing with This process and by designing a methodology based on concrete results in terms of quality assurance and self -esteem or internal evaluation of higher education institutions; promoting the participation of students and academic staff in the self -esteem of the institution.

What is expected of this project:

• A general national framework, legitimate for assurance of quality
• Methodology for internal evaluation closely linked to external evaluation
• Professionally prepared actors from all partners
• A strong support for creating a tradition of involvement of students and academic staff in this process
